Booking Policy

  • The above-mentioned Rates are exclusive of applicable GST @18%
  • Rates on Single Occupancy basis will be 75% of the basic cost (75% of double occupancy amount)
  • Child below 6 years will be entitled for complimentary stay without any additional arrangements.
  • In case of triple occupancy, extra person/child will be accommodated on chargeable-basis and provided with an extra mattress.

Transfer

  • Check-in time: 12:30 PM
  • Pre-scheduled Transfer from Vadodara to Tent City, Sadhu Bet (on request and chargeable basis at Rs.1000/person)

Arrival

  • 09:00 am From Railway Station and Airport, Vadodara with Complimentary Refreshment
  • 12:30 pm From Railway Station, Vadodara with Complimentary Refreshment

Departure

  • 10.00 AM From Narmada Tent City.
  • No transfers will be provided other than the scheduled timings
  • Distance from Vadodara to Narmada Tent City, Sadhu Bet is approx. 90 km, which takes about 2 hrs
  • Allotment of tent to guest arriving before check-in time will be subject to availability

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% cancellation charges, if cancelled in less than 7 days from the check-in date
  • 50% cancellation charges, if cancelled in less than 10 days from the check-in date
  • 25% cancellation charges, if cancelled in less than 15 days from the check-in date
  • 15% cancellation charges, if cancelled in more than 15 days from the check-in date
  • Date amendment charges are applicable as per cancellation policy
